Buy from Kade Rursor at Oil Rig
If Oil Rig is open on your map, go to its Chemistry shop and confirm the vendor name Kade Rursor in the trade window. Search for Liquid Nitrogen, check freshness and price, and buy the amount required by your task.
The item’s details call for cold storage. Treat it as an ingredient for the relevant request or recipe; it is not refrigerator fuel.
Complete Lily’s material request
In the Lily Nightingale stage of Business Empire, the requested ingredients are:
- Vodka
- Liquid Nitrogen
- Cherries
Follow your current journal objectives and collect all three. Return to Lily Nightingale in Lowtown for the conversation about the license. Buying the nitrogen alone does not complete the other requirements.
Another vendor to check
Booker Nelson in the Industrial District is another chemistry-vendor option, around the garage and graffiti-wall area. Check whether you can trade with him in your own save.
If a vendor or district is still locked, follow the travel interface and current quest requirements. A restriction at Booker’s shop should not be assumed to apply to Kade’s.
Other quest uses
Liquid Nitrogen also appears in A Drink to the Past, involving Noe Stalgia. Keep that journal chain separate from Lily’s business-license request so you do not deliver or collect for the wrong objective.
