Does the base game have character creation?
No. Nivalis Nights uses a first-person perspective, and the base game does not provide character creation or appearance editing. You generally see your arms and hands.
Decorating an apartment and shaping relationships through dialogue are separate activities. There is no hidden character-creation merchant you need to unlock.
City Life’s Character page
If you want an appearance option through mods, City Life 1.0.0 includes presets and a Character page.
Its author specifies Windows x64, Update #4 / Steam build 25828494, using BepInEx 6 IL2CPP. Open Daily Life with F7 and use V to change perspective.
Update #5 is available; City Life 1.0.0 targets Update #4. Check the supported game build before installing.
Before trying the mod
The initial release is experimental. Back up your game save and the mod’s save folder, and use a separate save for trying it. A later game update may need a compatible mod release.
